How Much Power Does A Trials Bike Make?

How much power does a trials bike make? That was something we were unsure of until now. We had never heard of any horsepower or torque figures for a trials motorcycle, no less seen a dyno chart or watched a video of one at full tilt on a dyno. So shortly after we picked up our new 2020 GasGas TXT Racing 300 testbike, we wasted no time in running it on our in-house dyno to determine peak output from the Girona, Spain-based manufacturer’s highest-displacement trials bike. We documented 16.1 hp at 9,200 rpm and 13.7 pound-feet of torque at 4,200 rpm.
