Although the Suzuki RM-Z250 has not been given any mechanical changes since its latest revamp in 2019, the RM Army’s 250 four-stroke motocross model does feature some additional EFI tuning capability for 2021 with Suzuki’s new MX-Tuner 2.0. The RM-Z250 did not arrive in time to be included in Dirt Rider’s 2021 250F Motocross Shootout, but we recently took delivery of the bike and wasted no time in running it on our in-house dyno. With a Dunlop D404 street tire mounted on its rear wheel, the RM-Z250 churned out 36.3 hp at 11,500 rpm and 18.6 pound-feet of torque at 9,100 rpm.
