VIDEO: Snow Bikes in Backcountry Powder with Red Bull's Ronnie Renner And Friends

While it’s mid-May, in some places Winter is still going strong. To celebrate, free rider Ronnie Renner joined snow bike pioneers Brock Hoyer and Reagan Seig in the Idaho backcountry to grab a pow day on snow bikes. While snow bikes aren’t exactly new, their full potential is still being mapped out. To this end, the guys didn’t just hit jumps and lay down carves, but took their bikes to the top of the mountain, testing their mettle by sending it down steep chutes normally reserved for the bravest skiers and snowboarders. The results are a step forward for snow biking and a just lot of fun to watch. Long live Winter.
