2022 Husqvarna Motocross and Cross-Country Bikes First Look

Husqvarna is first out of the gate with 2022 motocross and off-road racers.

Husqvarna is the first motorcycle manufacturer to announce its 2022 motocross bikes with the TC 250, TC 125, FC 450, FC 250, and FC 350, along with the cross-country models including the FX 450, FX 350, and TX 300i.

The most notable update is all of the brands’ MX and off-road competition machines now feature Brembo hydraulic clutch systems, replacing the Magura units spec’d on prior year models. This makes the Husqvarna machines more similar to the equivalent KTM and GasGas models as all three of the Austrian brands’ motocross and cross-country racers now feature Brembo hydraulic clutches. Also, while the FX 450, FX 350, and TX 300i came with Magura brakes in years past, those models now feature Brembo binders in stock trim like the comparable KTM and GasGas motorcycles.

An update exclusive to the FC 250, FC 350, and FX 350 models is the addition of a new friction bearing on the counterbalancer shaft designed to increase the durability of the high-revving four-stroke engines. The new 2022 Husqvarna motorcycles are adorned with new Swedish-inspired dark blue and white graphics.
