2026 AMA West Hare Scramble (WHS) Championship Schedule

Where and when do AMA West Hare Scramble Championship races take place in 2026?

The first off-road dirt bike racing series to kick off in the new year is the AMA West Hare Scramble (WHS) Championship, and the 2026 schedule has been revealed by its promoter, National Hare and Hound Association (NHHA). There’s one more race than last year (seven instead of six), and it begins at the same location on the same weekend—Page, Arizona, on January 10 and 11.

Two locations from 2025 that won’t be raced at in 2026 are Lake Isabella, California, and Mount Shasta, California. WHS heads to three new places including Chaney Ranch in Warner Springs, California, Orofino, Idaho, and Monte Vista, Colorado. The other three rounds will be hosted at the same locations as the year prior—Fort Sage, California, Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California, and Bellingham, Washington.
