Inside Line Connect invited us to Cahuilla Creek MX for the Southern California-based company’s annual media camp. One of Inside Line Connect’s specialties is getting exposure for the moto industry brands it represents. The media camp, which is organized by Jason “Hapa” McCune, allows editors to get some one-on-one time in a “speed dating” type of format with the companies Inside Line Connect works with, one of which is Viral Brand.

Viral Brand was founded by Scot Steffy, whose passion for goggles began at a young age when he was leading a moto in muddy conditions and ran out of tear offs. He removed his goggles to clear his vision and when his father saw what he did, he flagged him off the track and sent him to the pits. Scot was angry about having not won the race until his father reminded him, "You can always race another moto, but you can never get another eye." Scot went on to have a successful career as a pro Supercross and motocross racer, placing 11th in the Western Regional 125SX championship in 1989. Scot's passion for goggles combined with his racing and industry experience led him to launch Viral Brand in 2015.

All of Viral Brand’s moto goggles feature a 45mm strap. They all use the same lens and come with a money-back guarantee, which Viral Brand refers to as its Best Fit Challenge. If the customer isn’t satisfied with the fit of the goggle they’ve purchased, they get their money back with no question asked. According to Scot, in their first run of 6,000 goggles they’ve sold, they only had one returned.
