This month, the Joe Gibbs Racing Motocross (JGRMX) team took over a Temecula Wienerschnitzel and raised over $3,000 for two charities, United Service Organization (USO) and Road 2 Recovery. Wienerschnitzel donated 100% of sales from the event. Fans lined up to order hot dogs and get autographs from the pro racers. Check out a video recap of the event here:
Pro riders Weston Peick, Justin Barcia and Phil Nicoletti along with team owner, Coy Gibbs teamed up to take over all restaurant operations from working the drive-thru to manning the register. The restaurant takeover took place just days before the Supercross Round 6 event in San Diego.
