Motion Pro Digital Tire Pressure Gauge 0-60 psi

This week’s product spotlight is on Motion Pro’s Digital Tire Gauge. We already did a test on this product in our March 2014 issue, so this is more of a long-term product update.

A quick recap is that this is a digital tire pressure gauge that reads up to 60 psi and increases in 0.1-psi increments so that you can get really precise with your tire pressure. The gauge has a thick rubber cover that protects it from damage and a pressure release button to allow air pressure to be dropped without removing the brass tip.

The main reason I am talking abut this gauge again is that I have used it every single time that I have ridden a dirt bike over the last two years and the battery indicator has not gone down at all. This was one of my main concerns with this gauge since analog gauges don’t require batteries. But from December of 2013 to today, this digital gauge has worked flawlessly before every ride.

Sure, almost a hundred bucks isn’t cheap, but having an accurate, extremely well made, easy to read and use tire gauge is worth it. The screen still lights up and the auto shut-off keeps the battery from running down, which I don’t think will happen in my lifetime.
