UPMC Sports Medicine is pleased to announce the UPMC Sports Medicine Ultimate Motocross Workout Sweepstakes, the first promotion of its kind in the sport of motocross.Fans attending Round 11 of the AMA U.S. Motocross Championship Series at Steel City Raceway on Sunday, September 4th in Delmont, Pennsylvania can visit the UPMC Mobile Medical Unit and register to win. Team Makita Suzuki's Broc Hepler will also be signing autographs at the UPMC Mobile Medical Unit from 11:15 - 11:45 am on Sunday.In addition to participating in a motocross-specific workout with Team Makita Suzuki's Broc Hepler, the winner will receive a musculoskeletal assessment, nutrition assessment and pointers, mental training tips and a tour of the state-of-the-art UPMC Sports Medicine Complex on Pittsburgh's South Side.The winner will also receive a baseline ImPACT concussion consultation. ImPACT is a computerized neuropsychological testing system that evaluates the severity of concussions in athletes and provides a more accurate determination of when an athlete can safely return to sports following a concussion.
