AMA Suzuki GNCC Series Announces Largest Contingency Ever - News - Dirt Rider Magazine

The Suzuki Grand National Cross Country Series has reached its annual summer break, and the Racer Productions staff took the opportunity to calculate the total contingency money available to bike and ATV racers in the series. The total came to a staggering $2.4 million!"This is just awesome news for all of our racers," says GNCC Trail Boss Jeff Russell. "Best of all, the nearly two-and-a-half million dollars is spread out through all of our classes, so the riders who really need it can find enough money to get to the races."Over a dozen companies have stepped up with contingency money at each race, and several more will add to the pot by rewarding the top riders in the Suzuki GNCC standings when the series concludes.
