All Star Field Lining Up for Ontario EnduroCross This Weekend

Irvine, CA (September 11, 2012) – After a long summer break, the stars of EnduroCross will be back in action in Ontario, California this coming weekend. KTM’s Mike Brown, the X Games Gold Medalist will be joined on the track by Beta’s Cody Webb and Husqvarna’s Cory Graffunder the Silver and Bronze Medalist respectively. And the defending GEICO EnduroCross champion, Taddy Blazusiak will be back for blood after a fourth place finish at X Games left him out of the medal presentation. And these are just a few of the riders that will be fighting for the podium.

Lucas Oil, Rockstar backed Colton Haaker won the Vegas opener but then had two terrible events so he will want to prove that he can win again. Monster Kawasaki’s Taylor Robert has been dominating the WORCS series and just wrapped up the championship and is now focused on EnduroCross. His Monster Kawasaki teammate, Justin Soule finished second in Las Vegas but then suffered a serious shoulder injury at round two in Sacramento and he will be back on the track. You can add GEICO Honda’s Geoff Aaron and Kevin Rookstool to the list of podium contenders along with Husqvarna’s Kyle Redmond, Canada’s Bobby Prochnau and Zip Ty Racing supported Gary Sutherlin.

With a field this strong, you can count on intense racing action all night so make sure you are there in person to witness it!

Just like all EnduroCross events, the pit area is open to the public for free all day and the arena is also open for free during the daytime practice and qualifiers, which get started on Saturday morning. The top 30 Expert riders also do a one at a time Hot Lap during the mid-afternoon so make a day out of it and check it out in person.
