Factory Supercross Bikes 2018 — Weston Peick's Suzuki RM-Z450

Travis Soules talks about Weston Peick’s factory bike

AutoTrader/JGR/Yoshimura/Suzuki Factory Racing's Weston Peick has achieved three consecutive fifth-place finishes so far in the Monster Energy Supercross series on the all-new 2018 Suzuki RM-Z450. Peick is no stranger to hard work, climbing his way through the ranks as a privateer up to a factory race team, and neither is his race mechanic, Travis Soules. Soules, along with every other technician in the pits, is usually super busy during race weekends, but Soules was happy to lend us some time to discuss not only what his duties entail, but also details about Peick's factory RM-Z450 including service intervals for the engine and suspension and what part of the bike Peick is hardest on. Soules provides other bits of information including how many engines they have in the semi at any given race, the challenges of working on the bike on race day, the best part about being a factory race mechanic, and much more in this exclusive Factory Bike Friday video.
