Tomasin Racing offers two versions of its T500 Engine Kit for CRF450Rs and CRF450RXs—one for 2021–2024 models and the other for 2025 and 2026 models.

The Italian company’s product that makes CRF450Rs and CRF450RXs become 500cc two-strokes requires some OEM components including a starter motor, starter motor gears, stator, flywheel, primary gears, complete clutch assembly, ignition and right crankcase covers, and shifter. The T500 Engine Kit can be purchased without or with a gearbox for 8500 euros ($9986) and 10,500 euros ($12,336), respectively.
