Peter Doyle, Crew Chief - Rockstar Makita Suzuki Superbike
Peter Doyle was Crew Chief for sevent-time AMA Superbike Champion Mat Mladin, and now is working with Rockstar Makita Suzuki's Blake Young. Doyle was with another motorcycle manufacturer in Australia for 24 years before he made the move to the U.S. He started in their parts department while he was still in his teens, and had graduated up to a motocross and World Grand Prix mechanic in the early 1980s. By the late 1980s and 1990s, Doyle was doing double duty as a road race team manager and motocross team manager. As a race team manager in Australia, Doyle racked up 11 road race championships, a Suzuka 8 Hour victory, nine motocross championships and four Supercross Masters titles. At the request of 2000 AMA Superbike Champion Mat Mladin, Doyle joined Yoshimura Suzuki for the 2001 season. For 2010, he is now the team manager of the Rockstar Makita Suzuki Superbike team and Young's crew chief.
