Beta 430 RR

Beta’s second-largest displacement standard-model enduro is the 430 RR.Beta

The 430 RR is Beta’s more affordable 430cc option for enduro. According to the Italian concern, it’s intended for casual off-road riders and racers who are looking for more than just a playbike. The biggest difference between the 430 RR and 430 RR Race Edition from a component standpoint is the former has been spec’d with ZF Sachs suspension its entire life. Regardless of who purchases a 430 RR, they should invest in hand guards as the bike doesn’t come with them, but if buying one used, hopefully the prior owner already did.

Beta 430 RR Race Edition

After being referred to as “430 RR Race Edition” from 2015–2024, Beta shortened its name to “430 RR Race” in 2025.Beta

Designed with competitors in mind, Beta outfits the 430 RR Race Edition with up-spec components. Its suspension has differed from the 430 RR’s most years with a Marzocchi 48mm closed-cartridge coil-spring fork in 2015 and KYB Air-Oil Separate (AOS) 48mm closed-cartridge coil-spring fork since 2020. As far as rear suspension, the 430 RR Race Edition has utilized a KYB shock since 2023, making it even more enticing to those who value having some of the best suspension components available on their ride. It received a revamp in 2024 with one of the most notable updates being a more rigid double cradle chromoly steel frame followed by new bodywork, a name change, and other revisions for 2025.
