If you only have one bike, a spoke wrench isn't a big problem. But if you or your family have multiple bikes, and we all want more than one, then this $22.95 spoke wrench set is a lifesaver. The set is comprised of a rubber-covered aluminum handle and nine interchangeable tips that fi t most common spoke nipples. The tips fit all of the spokes I could find, except for spline drive nipples. KTMs have very large spoke nipples, and most "fi t-all" spoke wrenches don't fi t, but the Pit Posse unit does. Each tip has wide jaws for a good bite on the flats of any spoke nipple. The tips thread on, and an O-ring on each ensures that they stay put without cranking them into place. The heat-treated tips included are: 5.0, 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6 and 6.8. With the sizes stamped right on the side. This is a very adaptable and convenient tool that has found a permanent place in my toolbox. If I were wishing, I'd ask for a hollow handle on the wrench that would carry the extra tips inside.
