Affordable Tire recommendation; what I consider affordableI’ve been riding & racing for almost 10 years now. I’m a woman rider ona 250F. I tend to ride a lot more trails and as Jessie Z should be able totell you, Montana has some hard rock terrain. I only recently startedwearing on my tires in the trails. Previously I crashed so many timesgoing up the rocky out crops that I don’t think the rear tire had enoughtime to even get going that fast. Anyhow, I have wanted to try theMaxxis hard terrain tire, mainly because the price is so nice. Myhusband, along with the other gentleman I ride with tell me the tire isno good. I’m pretty sure they’ve never even tried it. Would yourecommend this tire or something in comparison? And I pre-apologize ifyou’ve wrote about this in a previous article. I am a dedicated readerbut I have probably missed it.

Charmaine ForrenGet a trials tire if you are riding on the trails, Pirelli and IRC makeinexpensive ones but they last forever. The Maxxis hard terrain tire isOK on performance and one of the longer wearing tires out there.
