Nearly all of the major amateur national races seem to be located in either the Central or Eastern part of the United States. For families living on the west coast, attending these events might require more time than they can spare. Attending these races can mean anywhere from 5 to 7 days of driving in addition to the normal 5 days of racing per event. A few of these races even fall back to back, which can mean that a racing family may be on the road for nearly 3 weeks straight.Spending this much time on the road is unrealistic for most families, being that the children are unable to miss school or the parents are unable to miss work for that amount of time. If families were able to fly to and from events, not only will there be no more boring time spent driving, but the time away from work and school would be minimized.
Sparrow Transport was created to help riders and families attend these events while minimizing time on the road, by providing safe round trip transportation of rider’s bikes and equipment to the amateur nationals from the west coast. Sparrow transport also offers shaded pit area and a hospitality area with 2 meals a day during the week of the events.
The first trip Sparrow Transport will make will be to the Winter Olympics in Gainesville, FL.
