Moose Racing News Release
Moose Racing riders provided a huge reason to cheer over the weekend with a championship, a win, and a podium finish. Starting in Minneapolis, Minn. at the season finale at the Target Center, Tyler Bowers was once again crowned the AMA Arenacross Series champion. After finishing second in the main event, Bowers successfully defended his 2011 title with a total of 12 wins. Bowers’ teammate Chad Johnson also put together a great season with two wins and third overall in the standings, finishing out the season on the podium in Minneapolis in third.
On the West Coast, the World Off Road Championship Series gathered at Mesquite MX Park in Mesquite, NV for the third round of the circuit. Moose Racing’s Bobby Garrison dominated the weekend with wins on both Saturday and Sunday, earning his first overall victory of the season. Also earning impressive results were Justin Soule and Ryan Abbatoye, finishing fourth and seventh, respectively. In the Pro 2 class, Justin Seeds finished on the podium in second, while Kacy Martinez also grabbed a second-place podium finish in the Womens class.
Just as the AMA Arenacross Series called it a season, the OMA Nationals came together in Tuscumbia, Ala for its opening round. Moose Racing’s Nick Fahringer started the season strong with a podium finish in third.
