Husaberg News Release
Memphis, MO – Husaberg support rider Nick Fahringer earned another podium finish at the 9th round of the OMA Series known as the Moonshine XC through some of the most challenging race conditions this season.
The race was plagued by a large amount of rain that fell the night before and the morning of the race. “We knew coming into the race that it would be muddy but I don’t think any of us were prepared for just how muddy it actually was,” commented Fahringer.
Fahringer started the race 3rd as they headed into the woods and he battled around that position through the majority of the race. “It was so muddy that people were seizing their bikes all around me. My Husaberg keep trucking along the whole time and I was excited to just finish the race – the podium was an extra bonus.”
Fahringer eventually finished in 3rd position to earn his third podium of the season. “We have one more race left. I would love to finish on the podium at the final round – the perfect end to the season.”
