HILLSDALE, Mich., (July 11, 2009) – Some of the world’s top mini cycle racers will gather in Limes, Belgium, this weekend for the annual running of the MX Master Kids – a junior MX Des Nations-styled event showcasing top young talent representing numerous countries from around the world.

This year Cobra will be led into battle by three returning MX Master Kids stars, including Cobra National Plus team members Brandon Smith (Aztec, N.M.) and Tristan Lewis (Locust Grove, Ga.) in the 50cc class, along with seven-year-old Oakley-backed, King Cobra-mounted Noah Aronson out of Tennessee.

In addition, making the trip for the first time this year will be Cobra National Team members Austin Forkner (Richards, Mo.), who’ll be contesting the 65cc class on the Cobra CX65, and eight-year-old Josh Strickland from Zebulon, N.C. Also representing Team USA, though he spends much of his time racing in Mexico, is U.S.-born Tommy “TJ” Rios.

“This event consistently puts Cobra at the forefront of the global mini cycle industry and everyone at Cobra wishes Brandon, Tristan, Noah, Austin, Josh and TJ the ‘Best of luck’ this weekend in Belgium,” said Cobra President Sean Hilbert. “We’ll be following the action closely on the Internet. So again, good luck guys. Be safe and go fast!”
