Willy Browning Finished 6th on Saturday Night in the AX Class
Advance, NC – (January 31, 2011) – The track conditions were slick in Cedar Park, Texas and there were lots of riders crashing throughout the weekend. Team rider Patrick Massie sustained a broken collarbone in one of the crashes. The injury will shorten his season for 2012 and put him on the sidelines for the remainder of the year.
Willy Browning managed to land the best finish for the team in the AX class with his 6th place on Saturday night followed by teammate Nathan Skaggs in 10th place. On Friday night Skaggs led the team with an 8th place finish followed by Browning in 9th and Massie in 13th.
In the Arenacross Lites class Steven Mages posted consistent finishes both nights with two 7th place finishes. Massie rode the AX Lites class on Friday night and finished in 10th place.
“The team performed well both nights considering the slippery conditions; riders were crashing everywhere. Despite the chaos, we managed to keep most of our riders in the top ten all weekend. I was sorry to see Patrick Massie get injured. We are all hoping for a speedy recovery for him,” commented team owner Dallas Avery.
The next race will be January 27 – 28 in Cedar Park, Texas as the Cedar Park Center.
