Robbie Jenks Makes It 2-For-2 Aboard The All-New 2009 Husaberg FE450 - Dirt Rider Magazine

GOODERHAM, Ont. - Just two weeks after handily winning the demanding Little Burr Enduro in McArthur, Ohio, Husaberg's Regional Sales Manager Robbie Jenks put on another impressive display aboard the all-new 2009 Husaberg FE450 at the 55th running of the prestigious two-day Corduroy Enduro in Ontario, Canada. After completing approximately 300 km of riding and more than 10 special tests, Jenks and the 2009 Husaberg FE450 rose to the challenge and the top of the podium with another commanding victory."The race consisted of several extreme tests and demanding Enduro terrain," Jenks said after his overall and E3 Pro class victory. "I rode the '09 Husaberg FE450 hard for two days of racing and it ran flawlessly. The bike has very strong power, but it comes on smooth because of the fuel injection and fuel management system. "Both days there was a lot of deep water and the Berg never hesitated or spit or sputtered a bit. It's very water resistant. I've never rode an Enduro with that much water in it. Where other bikes were having problems, the Husaberg and its unique high intake location shined. The course had a lot of tight technical trails and a lot of rocks. It didn't matter what type of terrain, the Berg handled it great. The revolutionary engine design and crankshaft location really make the bike less fatiguing to ride than other four-strokes."Once Jenks completed Saturday with nearly a one-minute lead, spectator and racer interest in the new Husaberg was abuzz on Sunday. Jenks and Scott Rocher, from the local Rocher Sales Husaberg dealership, were kept busy with questions about the new bike and its revolutionary design."There really was a lot of interest surrounding the new bike," Jenks said. "People were able to witness firsthand the new era of Enduro riding and, with the 2009 Husaberg, there's a lot to be excited for."For information and availability on the new Husaberg FE450 and FE570, visit or see your local dealer.
