Kenda AMA National Enduro Series wraps up in Alabama

Grant Baylor claimed his second overall win in a row at the Gobbler Getter National Enduro. The South Carolina rider finished third overall in the final series standings and finished the year with four national wins.Shan Moore

The Gobbler Getter National Enduro in Stanton, Alabama, represented the final round of the Kenda AMA National Enduro Series and more than 600 entries graced the starting grids for the season finale.

Tely Energy Racing’s Steward Baylor clinched the 2018 Kenda AMA National Enduro Championship title with a third-place finish. Meanwhile, Steward’s brother and teammate, Grant, claimed the overall win, making for an exceptional day for the Baylor family.

FMF KTM Factory Racing’s Josh Toth finished second overall, and by doing so solidified his runner-up status in the series standings.

Fourth overall went to SRT Husqvarna’s Evan Smith, who missed a podium finish by just two seconds. Meanwhile, Trail Jesters Racing KTM’s Ben Kelley rounded out the top five overall.

Ryder Lafferty was sixth overall, which was good enough for first in the NE Pro2 class. The Solid Performance Racing-backed New Jersey rider won the NE Pro2 class championship.Shan Moore

Josh Toth won the final test in Alabama, which moved him into second overall in the overall results. The FMF KTM Factory Racing rider also finished second in the final Pro standings.Shan Moore
