Alta Motors At The 2018 EnduroCross Ride Day Video

A look at the all-new Redshift MXR

The first annual EnduroCross Ride Day was hosted at MotoVentures in Anza, California, and several companies attended to show off new products. Alta Motors recently unveiled the all-new Redshift MXR and we had yet to see the bike in person, so we asked Alta’s Marketing and Events Coordinator Laurence Lea to take us through what’s new on the bike in comparison to the 2017 Redshift MX model.

Featured in our video is newly signed Alta factory racer Ty Tremaine’s machine, which he will race in the EnduroCross series this season. The 2018 Redshift MXR enjoys a new 5.8-kWh R-Pack battery, which Alta informed us produces 50 hp and 147 pound-feet of torque, a WP AER 48 fork and WP shock, and an 8-pound weight loss from the 2017 Redshift MX model, bringing the Redshift MXR in at a claimed 259-pound curb weight.
