How much power does Honda’s 250 four-stroke motocross bike make?

The 2019 Honda CRF250R has a starting suggested retail price of $7,999 and is available in red. Powering this Japanese motorcycle is a liquid-cooled, DOHC, four-valve, 249cc four-stroke engine.

We ran the CRF250R on our rear-wheel dyno in third gear to determine peak output from Honda’s 250F motocross bike. We documented 38.43 hp at 11,730 rpm and 18.30 pound-feet of torque at 9,760 rpm.
