the clutch lever just went limp i pulled it apart nothing looks broke and it all looks good but the clutch arm aint pushing on the clutch pads does any one have a explodes view of the clutch assembly.the cable is good the arm on the outer case works it pushes the arn out but it aint reaching the cluch pads any thought on it thanks for any imfo you can give me

well i got up at a bright & earlie 10 am.. had a splitting head ache all day yesterday & its DRAINED me. went down checked the anthony lakes snow report... 2.5 feet on nordics! instantly i knew we were looking at 3feet+ on the alpine side,, so i tried to lift my 500 lbs sled in to the bed of my truck... yup not happening... so i find a suitable 4 wheeler trail & take my dakota with passenger car sized tires down it. back up to a back & ride the sled in to the back of my truck.. back up the trail,, tell my boss where im going & grab my co workers son so im not alone. shaping up to be a GREAT day!! so 75 miles later im on the hill.. go to unload the sled.... tail gates frozen & jamed.. half hour later i say screw it & pry it open. rip her out & true to the rotax name started first pull cold! the snow was coming down & i was ready to ride. shes warm & i weld the throttle to the bar...& she stood up on her haunches & roared! ran up the trail to get to mud lake & get to my 3 ft of anticipated powder.. long story short switched off with my buddy (he broke the bars off his sled last year & hasnt fixed them) any ways im sitting there on the tailgate & a couple guys pulled up on M1000's one i could hear was turboed.. the guy on the turboed sled commented that i climbed pretty good & asked if id like to go shoot a chute with him.. i of course said hell yea let me grab my sled from my bud & says no ride my.. the turbod sled!! i was in disbeliefe.. i mean this sled was pushing 250 hp or so... with the big bore turbo & such. i was in heaven... i roared up the first chute with out a thought.. so we go to another.. & another & another.. soon its the guy whos sled im ridding & the other guys girl... i see the chute i think hes looking at.. well it wasnt but i made it... turns out it was it was a chute they used for the pro hill climb they hold once a year... he had never made it.... after that if i was an azz i could have walked away with the other guys girl but well im not an azz.. so i had a GREAT day ridding & i think im going to run like hell to see if i can get my ski doo sponsorship reoffered,, 8-) sorry no pics.. Anybody have a tip on how to remove those little rust spots on the exhaust and also those that appear on the frame sometimes? My bike was left with mud on, because i couldn't get a chance to wash it, it has been raining here for like a week straight now, and today is the only day it's not raining so i washed it and saw those little spots. I sprayed WD-40 on and left it for a minute or 2 then wiped it, i didnt just wipe it of i wiped it a few times over, but it was still there..any hints? :) Thanks

I can i tell if the cylinder is plated? Ill try to get some pics but my camera is broken so ill get someones. There only seems to have a little grove in the bottom of the cylinder but the piston is all damaged. At first i thought it could of been the rod beating the piston up from bad bearings but it looks like it could of been done from the piece of reed that got sucked in. The head looked nice tho. That surprised me.

Ive got some pretty big paint chips next to the skid plate and above it I'm wondering what I should do if I should just mask off every thing and touch it up or just not even bother with it? Some one said to just take the engine out and front end off and just repaint the whole frame
