Am-Pro Racing's Jason Raines won not only the race, but also this year's AMA National Hare Scrambles East championship aboard his Yamaha WR450F in Rhinelander, Wis. on Sunday, Oct. 5. With Brian Garrahan having already wrapped up the West title on his YZ450F, this means Yamaha has now clinched both East and West championships in the first year for the new two-series format. It also means that coming up on Oct. 19, Raines on his WR and Garrahan on his YZ will square off in the exciting annual AMA East/West Hare Scrambles Shootout in Davis, Okla. As the last race on the Hare Scrambles East calendar, the Rhinelander event is rapidly becoming Raines' favorite - and not just because he's won it two years in a row. Situated at rural Sugar Camp Motocross, the course utilizes portions of the MX track, plus tight woods and wide-open fire roads to challenge riders with a variety of terrain. Raines started second behind a local rider who fell two turns into the eight-lap, 80-mile race, then pounced into the lead and held it for the entire Sunday-afternoon event.

Columbus, OH - Red Bull KTM Factory rider Taddy Blazusiak won his first race since returning from a mid-season injury at the fifth round of the EnduroCross Series Saturday night.

Columbus, OH. (October 4, 2008) Taddy Blazusiak returned to the top of the podium at the AMA Maxxis EnduroCross tonight in Columbus Ohio. After winning the opening round in Las Vegas, he suffered a serious injury that had him in the hospital for several days and forced him to miss the Oklahoma and South Carolina events. He returned to the podium in Denver last week with a third place finish and then moved back to the top after a great battle with Geoff Aaron. Aaron, riding his Red Bull/BTOsports.com backed Christini all wheel drive motorcycle was smooth and consistent and he passed Blazusiak just before the white flag. Taddy pushed his way back into the lead before the final lap but the Polish rider could not shake his fellow KTM rider and Aaron pushed him all the way to the finish, showing him a wheel as they entered the final turn.

A very exciting 62nd edition of the Red Bull Motocross of Nations was won by Team USA for the 19th time in their history as James Stewart (MX1), Ryan Villopoto (MX2) and Tim Ferry (Open) rode strong throughout the three heats. Villopoto and Ferry also took the MX2 and Open Individual Overall wins with Stewart missing the MX1 win because of a final heat crash.

As the majority of the team was in Denver Jennifer was at round #11 of the GNCC series which is held at the infamous Unadilla track in New Berlin, NY.

Denver, CO. (September 27, 2008) Denver Deja Vu! Damon Huffman has figured out the tough sport of EnduroCross and took his second main event win in a row on his Team Monster Energy Kawasaki. Although he led from the start, Huffman had serious pressure for most of the main event. Ricky Dietrich, Huffman's teammate and point's leader coming into Denver applied pressure until the halfway point but a crash dropped him back to 6th. He worked his way back up to forth before the end. Taddy Blazusiak, the Polish extreme enduro star competing in his first race back after a major injury, took over second for a few laps before a big crash allowed Geoff Aaron to close in and battle over the position for a few laps before taking over the position and holding it to the finish. After all of the excitement, it was Huffman taking the win followed by Aaron, riding the 2-Wheel Drive Christini KTM, Blazusiak, Dietrich and Colton Haaker rounded out the top five.
