The Maxxis FIM World Enduro Championship (WEC) has completed its first ever North American tour. And it's safe to say that the trip across the pond was a success for the teams, the riders and the communities which hosted the events. The series, round five in Parry Sound, Ontario Canada and round six in Hancock, New York, brought the talented and exciting atmosphere of European enduro into our backyard and put on a show one truly hopes will return.

Dirt Rider was on hand at both rounds and our overall impression was simply: Wow. The WEC format creates racing as intense, action-packed and entertaining as any form we've seen. And that's just the format! We haven't even begun to talk of race bikes built with no production rules, unbelievable riding abilities and the insanely cool vibe of the events.
