Stop The Planned Construction - Say NO to an Industrial Park!
Help us stop the planned destruction of the Carlsbad Raceway! Prevent it from being buried under 40 feet of dirt! Our goal is to preserve, upgrade and improve this historic motocross and drag race facility and make it a class "A" California State Multi-use Off-Road Recreational Facility.
The bulldozers are getting closer, but there is time left. The raceway is part of a proposed industrial park. However, the grading plans have yet to be approved by the Carlsbad Planning Department - the raceway cannot be graded without this approval. But we need to act quickly!
The State currently has funds allotted for this type of land purchase and we need your help. We need assistance and contributions to fund a Land Use Attorney.
