Yamaha Motor Corporation is proud to offer a wide range of top quality GYTR "Genuine Yamaha Technology Racing" aluminum rear sprockets. These sprockets utilize a stress engineered, "centerless" design that is extremely light and offers unmatched durability. GYTR sprockets are manufactured of the very highest grade materials, constructed from 7075 T6 billet aluminum, which is one third the weight of steel. For maximum precision, the sprockets are CNC machined and utilize an integrated self-cleaning groove to help shed off mud and grit. The tooth profile and machined tolerances ensure the chains and sprockets mate perfectly which enhances the wear of all related components.

Counter shaft sprockets are also available manufactured from heat-treated EN 36 chromoly steel for maximum life, CNC machined to extremely high tolerances for optimum fit. They are then case hardened to produce the hardest, strongest drive sprockets available. Gold zinc finish is applied to minimize corrosion.
