Who can forget the scenes of Malcolm Smith, Steve McQueen and about 1,500 other dirt bike riders blasting through the hills and down Main Street of Elsinore in On Any Sunday? In less than two weeks, on November 11-12th, you can relive the glory days for the 10th annual return of the Elsinore Gran Prix. There is very little dirt left without houses or buildings but there is still enough space to create a five-mile loop that still starts and finishes on Main Street. There are several classes that contest 4-5 lap races on the loop and the weekend wraps up with a 100-mile race. Ryan Hughes is the defending champion of the 100 miler and the event often draws in several top motocross and off-road racers.
