Suzuki RM-Z450s Are Rolling Off the Production Line!

Photographed December 3 at the Totyokawa Plant in Hamamatsu, Japan, the Suzuki RM-Z450 motocross bikes are coming off the production line and are on their way to dealerships across the United States.

"We have taken the necessary steps in testing and final development," said American Suzuki Motor Corp. Vice President Mel Harris, "to make sure the RM-Z450 motorcycle will perform up to Suzuki's standards. We have made significant progress over the last few years to produce the best MX motorcycles available, and this RM-Z450 will lead that award-winning family of products."

Suzuki has said shipments of RM-Z450 motorcycles will hit U.S. shores as early as Christmastime, but we were told to expect our Dirt Rider test bike in late January 2005.
