I don't race anymore because with four amazing children and an awesome bride, it's a bit selfish. For less than the cost of just me racing one season, each of us can have a decent bike and trail ride with the whole family all year. I don't race anymore because the closest track is over two hours away and it happens to be the most expensive place to race in the state. I don't race anymore because I don't need a sanctioned event to prove anything - the challenge of a hard ride is enough.  I don't race anymore because guys like Jimmy Lewis think that's what I'm supposed to do to prove I can ride well. I do ride well. I am a former expert mx racer who loved racing. Now I love riding - with my family.
