National Enduro Round 4 – Fahringer Places 6th – Dirt Rider Magazine

Fluvanna, TX – Factory Husaberg rider Nick Fahringer placed 6th at the fourth round of the AMA National Enduro Series held Sunday April 20, 2008.The rocky, desert-like terrain was not what one would typically expect at an enduro event, nor was the hot temperatures. “This was the most foreign course I’ve ridden on. I am not familiar with this type of riding at all,” commented Fahringer. “It was quite an experience adjusting to the different racing conditions but it was worth it in the end to gain some much needed series points.”Fahringer ended up dropping 42 points at the end of the day which put him in 6th place for the event. “I was happy with my results because I wasn’t sure what to except on this course. I just played it safe and let my bike do most of the work.”Fahringer is now ranked fourth overall in the series points as the riders go into their mid-season break.Next Event: June 15, 2008 – Round 5 – Marquette, MIOverall Results:
