Livingston, CA. (May 3, 2016)—With both riders on the injured list, the 51FIFTY Energy Drink Yamaha team will not attend the final round of the AMA Supercross series in Las Vegas.

This season has been a learning curve for the team and riders alike. Rookie Hayden Mellross showed flashes of brilliance beyond his years, making every main event this year. He even took the LCQ win at the Santa Clara round; however, one of the most spectacular crashes in recent years took the young Australian out of competition early.

Zach Bell was another new recruit to the 51FIFTY Team, and showed that he still has what it takes to run up front. Speed at the opening rounds was apparent but a broken collarbone in Oakland cut his season short. Complications to the surgery have delayed Zach's recovery.

The 51FIFTY Team is grateful for the support of their sponsors over the course of this year.
